Despite what you're told contrary, namely "The Law is done away with, you're saved by grace because of what Christ did for you on the cross". Don't fallow this doctrine, it's deception. Those who think otherwise are normally those who make their Pastor their god by believing and doing accordingly to his/her word over what Yah Commands. They never read for themselves because Acts 17:11 isn't exemplified of them. Therefore, according to majority rules, they fallow "Blind guides leading the blind" and we know they're going to all fall into a ditch.
Exodus 20
20 And God spake all these words, saying,
2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Back when Yah began to give the Israelites His Commands, He explains; that to those who hate Him, He'll visit four generations the iniquities of their family. Yet for thousands of them who love Him He shows mercy. By keeping His Commands do you show your love for Him.John 14:15
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
This was said by Christ. How can you claim you love Him yet hate your brother? That doesn't necessarily state your blood brother either. In this case it's stating the whole family of Israel.
Typically those who claim a religion are outwardly "spiritual", yet inwardly vile. Not one of them are keepers of the Commandments; although they say, "I love God." They produce no fruit of it.
In fact, here's a Commandment the Children of Israel are to keep.
Numbers 15:37-41King James Version (KJV)
37 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them ; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
41 I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord your God.
How many Israelites are willing to stand out for Yah? Says right there in verse 39 and 40 the purpose. Or would you, Israelite, much rather claim the excuse, "I try to keep the commandments."
It's either you do or you don't, there's no such thing as 'try' when it comes to keeping Yah's Commandments.
The first five books of the Bible consist of the law. Know them. Yet don't just read those books, their are other books which were removed from the Bible for the sole purpose of keeping you ignorant. Find out for yourself what they've been trying to keep from you. Here are a list of books to help get you started.
Visions of Hermas, The Gospel Nicodemus, The Gospel Called the Protevangelion, The Book of Enoch, The Book of Wisdom, The Book of Jubilees, The Book of Esdras, even to the many books of Apocrypha.
I highly recommend doing your own research. Ask Yah to help you, He helped me, I'm sure He can do the same for you. The soul that fears Yah will know the truth.
